Lullubee review, June 2014

Name: Lullubee
Details: Receive a new craft project every month, delivered to your doorstep.
Price: $34

Lullubee was kind enough to send me a free shipment for review purposes. The package arrived in the mail yesterday. Let's take a look at what I received.

What a sad little box. Let's put a bird on it! (I love Portlandia.)

This looks interesting!

It's a kit to make papier-mâché teacups and saucers! I LOVE this idea, and I especially love the colors and patterns that Lullubee chose for its project.

The teacups aren't usable for drinking, but they'll be really cute décor items. This project is a bit bittersweet for me, because my mother-in-law recently died, and she loved attending and holding high teas. I'll be making this craft in her memory and will be finding a perfect place in our house to display the end result.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I received my Lullubee shipment, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is a unique, beautiful project on which I can't wait to get started. Lullubee is one of the more pricey craft sub boxes out there, but I'll probably subscribe for at least a few months to see what else the company has to offer.
